Annual Town Meeting held at Town Hall called to order by Town Clerk, George Belland. John Priebe chosen moderator. Poundmasters elected: Road District 1: Augustus Garceau; Road District 2: Otto Priebe; Road District 3: Fred Charest; White Bear Beach: William Perron Most public posting place for legal notices designated as: White Bear and Bald Eagle Lake & section line roads near schoolhouse district 34; Edgerton & Centerville Roads; Intersection of Schneiders and Lake Phalen Road; Intersection of Grand & Lake Avenues at White Bear Beach; Town Hall Levied: $1,000 for road and bridge purposes; $600 for General Fund (or $800 if gross earnings tax cannot be applied to the General Fund). First State Bank of White Bear Lake and White Bear State Bank are depositories of Town funds. Laborers paid $2.25 per day and teams paid $4.50 per day. A motion to define a day's work as 10 hours instead of 9 LOST. Moved & carried: Town to build shed for tools. Levy for Road & Bridge then increased to $1,500. A motion that Road Overseers be paid $2.75/day instead of $2.50 LOST. Election results: Louis LaBore 57 votes, Supervisor, 3 years George S. Belland 57 votes, Town Clerk William A. Gall 57 votes, Treasurer George F. Priebe 57 votes, Justice of the Peace (2 yrs) Moses LaMotte 57 votes, Justice of the Peace (1 yr) William Auger 57 votes, Constable Judges of Election: William Schumacher, Harry Freeman, Louis LaBore Clerk of Election: George S. Town Board met at site regarding the building of a bridge over the railroad crossing at the Town Road near Esdras Auger's property. It was decided that William Freeman would request that the LSMRR build a bridge at their expense or the Town would cut the banks at the crossing

Moved & carried: Louis LaBore to erect public notice boards at sites designated by public at Annual Meeting. Moved & carried: Town Board to review Town roads on April 14, 1914.
